Original and perfectly clean place with a welcoming lobby. The location was perfect, at a moderate distance from Chinatown.
the venue is hip new and boutique with consistently courteous staff. great restaurant and good service.
Charming hotel, fairly clean, exceptional staff and the beds were exceptionally comfortable.
All in all an exceptionally friendly hotel and such great stay. I liked fantastic location and staff. I slept so comfy in the extremely comfy bed. Fast check-in. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.
A really good choice while travelling to San Francisco. Bed was great, I enjoyed it. The service offered was exceptional too. Moreover, I parked at the nearby. Beautiful old hotel in safe area.
The staff were polite and pleasant, were waiting for us in the nice lobby.
The stay was absolutely absolutely amazing. This was upscale property with great location and rooms. The room was cosy with comfortable beds. Spent a nice evening at Pinecrest Diner, located close to the venue.

Complimentary breakfast, so caring personnel. The rooms had stylish furniture and they where adequate, great value for the money. Location near the beach, ideal. With easy check-in and late check-out, this hotel was not expensive.
The property was fairly clean and lovely and the location was pleasant. Access to the wonderful beach, it was near the hotel. The breakfast selections were free, I liked cheese, meats, slices of fresh bread and pastries. It was great to have free drinks in the lobby. There were good internet and terrific parking available...
Views appeared to be a bit limited.
Top location, cool, fairly good room. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay.
The hotel is near a cable car station. Good base for stores, restaurants. The furnishings were antique:)))
Mason Diner is literally 700 ft away. Located just 1 mile from ferry building...
